PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an attachable tape equipped with attaching elements having a desired attaching force at low cost. SOLUTION: A method for producing the attachable tape equipped with the attaching elements includes a process of forming the attaching elements having a predetermined length on a substrate plate by a density capable of self-standing, and a process of selecting the attaching elements contained in a plurality of transferring regions having the same form and arranged in predetermined intervals, and transferring them to a transfer tape.
