PURPOSE: Apparatus and method for uniformly and smoothly dyeing paper are provided to prevent the generation or fixation of water marks and particles on a colored paper and to reduce drying time since the passing through several heating drums is unnecessary. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for dyeing paper comprises: a paper feed and dyeing part(10) equipped with a dye input device(11) and a dye container(12); a pair of upper and lower compress rollers(20) for pressurizing and transferring both sides thereof to remove the moisture of the colored paper; a plurality of heating drums(30) drying the colored paper; a colored paper coating part(40) including a coater(41) and a coating container(42); a pair of right and left press rollers(50); a dryer(60); and calender rollers(70). |
