ORGANIC-INORGANIC COMPLEX WITH UV-BLOCKING AND WHITENING EFFECT, A PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF, AND A USE OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic-inorganic composite and a method for preparing the same are provided to ensure UV protection and whitening effects with safety to the skin. CONSTITUTION: An organic-inorganic composite(10) contains 35-90 weight% of hollow titanium dioxide microsphere(2) and 10-65 weight% of organic whitening agent(4) existing in the microsphere. The organic whitening agent is paper mulberry extract, arbutin, ethylascorbyl ether, oil-soluble licorice extract, ascorbyl glucoside, magnesium ascobyl phostphate, or mixture thereof. A method for preparing the organic-inorganic composite comprises: a step of preparing the hollow titanium dioxide microsphere; and a step of impregnating the organic whitening agent into the microsphere.
