The present invention provides a cell preparation that can be prepared from cells collected from a patient of any age group, and that has an excellent bone tissue regenerative capacity and is effective for bone tissue regeneration. Undifferentiated osteoblasts obtained from alveolar bone, particularly those obtained by being cultured after the enzyme treatment of alveolar bone have a remarkable bone tissue regenerative capacity, and are therefore useful for a cell preparation for bone tissue regeneration.
