PURPOSE: A handrail-cum-double window is provided to ventilate an air layer heated between an inner window and an outer window without the inflow of the polluted outside air to an indoor space by equipping with a ventilation kit and a ventilation fan. CONSTITUTION: A handrail-cum-double window(100) includes an outer window and an inner window. The bottom of the outer window includes safety laminated glass(222), and a ventilation kit(224) or a ventilation fan fixed to the bottom of the safety laminated glass, wherein the ventilation kit makes air of an outdoor space(102) flow naturally in a space(106) between the outer window and the inner window or cuts off the natural inflow of air, and the ventilation fan makes air of the outdoor space flow compulsorily in a space between the outer window and the inner window. The top of the outer window includes a glass plate(122) and a ventilation kit(124) or a ventilation fan fixed to the top of the glass plate, wherein the ventilation kit discharges air of the space naturally to the outdoor space or cuts off the natural discharge, and the ventilation fan discharges air of the space compulsorily to the outdoor space. |
