PURPOSE: A composition for submucous injection for endoscope is provided to ensure safety and to easily manipulate during endoscope. CONSTITUTION: A composition for submucous injection for endoscope contains 0.1-1.0(W/V)% of hyaluronic acid or salt thereof. The composition additionally contains isotonizing agent, pH adjusting agent, or buffer. The isotonizing agent is sodium chloride; pH adjusting agent is sodium phosphate(monobasic); and the buffer is disodium hydrogen phosphate. The hyaluronic acid has viscoelasticity and dissociates between the mucosa and muscle layer.
