<p>PURPOSE: A white organic light emitting device is provided to reduce currents for driving a panel by forming a double stack structure. CONSTITUTION: An anode(110) and a cathode(130) face each other on a substrate(100). A charge generating layer is formed between the anode and the cathode. A first stack is made by laminating a first hole transport layer, a first light emitting layer, and a first electron transport layer between the anode and the charge generating layer. A second stack is made by laminating a second hole transport layer(135), a second light emitting layer(140), and a second electron transport layer(137). The second light emitting layer is formed by doping greenish yellow dopant and red dopant on one green host. The energy level of the second hole transport layer is higher than the triplet energy level of the second light emitting layer.</p> |
