PURPOSE: A speed sensor assembly and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to protect a magnet when the speed sensor assembly is injection-molded by preventing the top of a magnet holder from being exposed. CONSTITUTION: A speed sensor assembly comprises a holder(10), a lower insertion groove, a front opening hole, and a hanging unit. The holder has a mounting groove(12) with opened top. The lower insertion groove is formed to insert a magnet into the bottom of the holder. The front opening hole opens the lower insertion groove toward the front of the holder. The hanging unit prevents the magnet from being deviated to the front and bottom of the holder. |
