PURPOSE: A vitamin tablet containing vitamin C mixture is provided to stably maintain active ingredients of vitamin and to ensure excellent preference. CONSTITUTION: A vitamin tablet is prepared by processing a mixture of L-ascorbic acid and L-ascorbate in a weight ratio of 1:0.85-2. The L-ascorbate is sodium L-ascorbate, L-ascorbyl stearate, calcium ascorbate, or ascorbyl palmitate. The L-ascorbate is sodium L-ascorbate. The mixture additionally contains one or more selected from juice powder, binder, lubricant, excipient, and perfume.
