The multi-functional board (10) has a front and back between which is at least one cavity (52, 58) containing a piece of magnetisable material or a bar (44, 50; 68, 70) supporting the board (10). The board (10) consists of at least two relatively movable sections (12, 14) fixed to at least two vertical struts (20,22). The board (10) or board sections (12, 14) are fixed to vertical, circular-sectioned struts (20, 22) by means of height-adjustable and rotary sleeves (24, 26, 28, 30, 32). At least part of the sleeves is clamped by means of a hand-lever (40, 42) to the struts (20, 22). USE/ADVANTAGE - The multi-purpose board, such as pin-board, flip-chart, is aesthetically pleasing and econically produced.
