PURPOSE: A location information management apparatus of an internet terminal and method thereof are provided to efficiently manage physical location information of an internet terminal by using static information and mobile information in an ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) network. CONSTITUTION: A static information management unit(710) obtains facility information including a facilities code and facilities IP address. A dynamic information management unit(730) obtains authentication attribute information of the internet terminal from an authentication apparatus. A position information management unit(740) maps the authentication attribute information and the facility information.
