PURPOSE: An oxygen dissolving system is provided to supply oxygen on the lower level of lakes for supplying oxygen dissolved water with the high oxygen dissolving efficiency to the bottom of the contaminated lakes. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen dissolving system comprises the following: an oxygen supplying unit(130) discharging oxygen; an inflow pipe(150) pumping water from the lower level of lakes to an inlet(152) and discharging the water through an outlet(154) on the upper side; an oxygen dissolving pipe(140) receiving the water discharged from the outlet, and discharging the water dissolved with oxygen through a discharging hole(142) on the lower side; and a buoy member(110) for floating the oxygen dissolving pipe.
