The invention relates to a modular hip endoprosthesis. According to the invention, the endoprosthesis consists of an interchangeable cylindrical-conical shank (5) which comes into contact with a bone tissue and is joined with an intermediate component (4) by conical clamping, using a nut (3), a neck part (1) being mounted in the intermediate component (4) in certain angular positions, by means of a conical toothed piece (2) locked by fastening with a nut (6).
