The invention relates to a method for the synthesis of porous organic-metal structures under atmospheric pressure, a wide range of microwave frequencies and a pulsating power regime being used for activating the reactions, said structure being useful in gas storing or gas separation applications and in heterogeneous catalysis processes. According to the invention, the method consists in preparing the reaction mixture in a teflon vessel by dissolving the metal precursors and the organic molecules used as a ligand into a solvent, introducing the teflon vessel into the single-mode power microwave treatment plant, setting out the working duty of the generator by selecting the microwave pulse duty factor at a rate of 1 pulse/second, as well as the maximal processing temperature and the total processing duration, starting the irradiation with pulsed power microwaves in a wide frequency range and, if the maximal temperature is reached before the expiry of the total processing duration, the processing continues with discontinuous power pulses with a view to maintaining the working temperature at a constant level, finally there being extracted the organic-metal structure from the reaction mixture, where the metal precursors employed contain one or several metals or components of Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Re, Fe, Ru, Os, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, Hg, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Sc, Z, Al, Ga, Sn, Pb, As, Sb or Bi and the organic ligands are molecules or mixtures of molecules of one or several groups of carboxyl (-COOH), caboxylate (-COO-), amine (-NH), amide (-COHN), sulphonic acid (-SOH), sulphonate (-SO), methane dithionic acid (-CSH), methane dithionate (-CS), pyridine or pyrazine, the resulting organic-metal material being ZnO(benzene-1,4-dicarboxylate), Zn(naphthalene-2,6-dicarboxylate)or Cu(trimesate).
|
