PURPOSE: An adjustable crankshaft apparatus for a bicycle is provided to generate an amount of power by lengthening the length of a crankshaft when an amount of power is applied to pedals. CONSTITUTION: An adjustable crankshaft apparatus comprises a fixed crankshaft(2), an adjustable crankshaft(3), and a spring(4). One side of the fixed crankshaft is coupled to a pedal shaft(13). A spring hanging protrusion is installed in the fixed crankshaft. The adjustable crankshaft is slid in the longitudinal direction of the fixed crankshaft and has a spring hanging protrusion and a pedal coupling hole(12). The pedal coupling hole is formed in the end of the adjustable crankshaft. The spring is expanded and contracted when the adjustable crankshaft is slid along the fixed crankshaft. |
