<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object holding apparatus, preventing a cord-like body for holding an object from being loose without requiring user's any specific manipulation. <P>SOLUTION: The object holding apparatus includes: a fixing belt 3 wound round a tank 2 made of polyethylene; a male buckle 9 provided on the fixing belt; a reel 4 where the fixing belt is wound and which is energized to rotate in the take-up direction of the fixing belt; and a reel housing 11 to which the male buckle is connected.
