The system (1) has an evaporator (2) and an intermediate heat exchanger (8) i.e. de-super heater that is arranged on a high pressure side of the system between a compressor (4) and a condenser (5). The compressor is driven by a gas engine (3), which includes a gas engine heat exchanger (7.1). A secondary side of the condenser is merged into a storage charging circuit (12) for a heat accumulator (10) that is placed in a heat transfer- and storage- system, where the storage charging circuit is subjected by a heat distribution medium.
