<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from missing an indicator for indicating a selected icon, even if it is moved when an operation screen is changed, thereby improving the operability of a remote control device. <P>SOLUTION: When an instruction to change the operation screen is input on an operation screen (a) prior to change, another operation screen is displayed on which icons are arranged in a different manner. In this case, a moving image 50 in which a cursor design image for indicating the selected icon smoothly moves from a position (A) of the icon selected on a first operation screen to a position (B) of an initial selection icon 42 on a second operation screen is displayed on the second operation screen (b). The moving image 50 provides a user with visual expression that shows a moving direction of the cursor from the position of the icon 40 selected on the first operation screen to the position of the initial selection icon 42 on the second operation screen.
