PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight and inexpensive conductive material as well as a forming method thereof used for electronic devices such as a digital camera and a cell phone, and secondary batteries such as lithium ion batteries. SOLUTION: The conductive material contains a compound obtained by making sulfur react with antimony pentafluoride. The above reaction is carried out at 0°C to 100°C.
