<p>Disclosed is a novel aminopyridine derivative having excellent pharmacological activities including an excellent neuroprotective activity, an excellent neurogenesis (nerve regeneration) promotion activity and an excellent cognitive function improvement activity, preferably having low toxicity and high transferability into the central nervous system. Specifically disclosed is a compound represented by formula (I) [wherein the ring A represents a monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon ring or the like; the ring B may have a substituent; the ring D represents a monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon ring or the like; L represents a bond, a methylene group, or the like; X represents -NRa- or the like; Ra represents a hydrogen atom or the like; n represents 1 or 2; and R1 to R3 independently represent a hydrogen atom or the like; wherein the rings A and D may be fused to each other to form a fused ring that may have a substituent and the ring A-L- in formula (I) may bind to X, and L represents a bond when the ring A represents a pyrazole that may be substituted and the ring D represents a benzene that may be substituted] or a salt thereof.</p> |
