PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the number of pattern processes, process time, and process costs by pattering a bottom electrode and a semiconductor layer together. CONSTITUTION: A bottom electrode(200a) is formed on a substrate(100). The substrate includes a plurality of unit cell areas and a plurality of wiring areas. The plurality of wiring areas are located between the wiring areas. A photoelectric device unit(300a) includes a first poly-crystal semiconductor layer, a second poly-crystal semiconductor layer, and a third amorphous semiconductor layer which are successively laminated on the bottom electrode. A top electrode(500) is formed on the photoelectric device unit. A bottom connection electrode(200b) is formed on the wiring area of the substrate. |
