The invention relates to the creation of more stable vesicles formed by at least one calixarene and at least one surfactant, the lyophilisation whereof does not require cryoprotectants, or lyophilisation may even be dispensed with, to the method of obtainment thereof and to procedures of lyophilisation and rehydration thereof and, moreover, their utility in diverse fields such as, for example, pharmaceutical and sensor fields.
