PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately manage the maintenance operation of an elevator utilizing a system of monitoring the elevator from a remote place. SOLUTION: This elevator maintenance operation management system 10 includes a monitoring center 14 monitoring the elevator installed in a building 12 from the remote place. The building 12 includes a maintenance switch 32 switching from a normal mode to a maintenance mode to prevent information from being reported to the monitoring center 14 from the building 12, and a maintenance operation data storage section 34 storing data of maintenance operation carried out by an operator 46 while the mode is switched to the maintenance mode. The monitoring center 14 includes an incorporating section 38 incorporating maintenance operation data in the maintenance operation data storage section 34 at the request of an operation manager 44, and a determining section 42 determining whether the maintenance operation is appropriate based on the maintenance operation data incorporated by the incorporating section 38.
