PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effects of visceral function restoration, stiffness dissolution and natural healing, etc., by accelerating blood circulation, stimulating lymph and improving metabolism for the pressure points of the whole body by an acupressure instrument (TUBOBAR PRESSION (R)). SOLUTION: The acupressure instrument 1 is composed by connecting two holding bars 2 to both ends of a connecting plate 3 so as to be freely turned about 180 degrees, respectively. One, two or more projection parts whose attaching position is adjustable are freely detachably disposed on the sides facing each other of the two holding bars. Also, one, two or more projection parts projected in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal surface of the connecting plate are freely detachably disposed to the distal end side of the holding bar and the side facing it in the perpendicular direction of the longitudinal surface of the connecting plate, respectively. An aid comprising an elastic body for which a locking hole is opened from both sides to the center is fitted to the projection parts and used as a pressure cushioning material, and the holding bars are locked in a closed state.
