PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an end user to capture a decorated motion picture or image without limiting place and time. SOLUTION: A motion picture or image processing system has a server and a communication terminal communicating with the server over a network. When the communication terminal transmits to the server a request for decorating a motion picture or an image while designating a decoration method and the server receives the request from the communication terminal, the server generates request identification information for identifying the request, stores the decoration method designated in the request correspondingly to the request identification information and transmits the request identification information to the communication terminal. When the request identification information is received from the server, the communication terminal adds the request identification information to a motion picture or an image and transmits it. When the motion picture or the image is received from the communication terminal, according to the decoration method corresponding to the request identification information added to the motion picture or the image, the server decorates and stores the motion picture or the image, and distributes the decorated motion picture or image in response to a distribution request.
