<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive photovoltaic power generation circuit that stably operates even if the number of serial connections is changed and to which the same voltage detection circuit is applicable regardless of the number of the serial connections; and to provide a photovoltaic power generation system using the circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The photovoltaic power generation circuit includes: two of more solar battery cells, both of which are mutually connected in series; and the voltage detection circuit that is provided corresponding to each of the solar battery cells and individually detects a state of power generation of the corresponding solar battery cells.
