The arrangement has a wrapping tape (1) for voltage supply from electric components to a rotatable component. Temperature-sensitive sensors (5, 6) are arranged for detecting thermal load in a region of the tape. A switching unit implements selective switching of consumers at the rotatable component during exceedance of a preset threshold of the thermal load. The sensors are arranged at a housing of the wrapping tape and the rotatable component, respectively. An electric conductor in the tape is connected with a fixed part (3) by a plug (2). An independent claim is also included for a measuring method for operating an arrangement for measuring temperature or power dissipation at a wrapping tape.
