PURPOSE: A light emitting device package is provided to improve color deviation between the center and the side of a lens by emitting light with the distribution of a wide direction angle. CONSTITUTION: A transmissive package body(110) has a cavity. A plurality of lead electrodes are arranged in the cavity. A light emitting device(125) is electrically connected to the lead electrode in the cavity. Resin materials(130) are located on the light emitting device. A non-transmissive separation unit insulates a space between the plurality of lead electrodes. The cavity of the package body has a first cavity and a second cavity with the larger diameter than the diameter of the first cavity.
