PURPOSE: A boring ground structure is provided to adjust the length of a grounding bar by the grounding potential. CONSTITUTION: A boring ground structure comprises a copper bar(20) capable of adjusting the length of the copper bar by the screw combination(21,22), a graphite bar(10) capable of adjusting the length of the graphite bar by being inserted into the copper bar through an inserting hole(11), and a ground stopper(30) for supporting the graphite bar by being fixed to the lower part of the copper bar.
