PURPOSE: A surface processing method of a dental implant fixture is provided to improve the surface wetting ability and the surface area of the fixture through plural blasting processes and etching process. CONSTITUTION: A surface processing method of a dental implant fixture comprises the following steps: removing contaminants from the surface of the fixture(S100); blasting titanium dioxide on the surface of the fixture for increasing the surface area(S200); etching the fixture for increasing the surface area(S300); and blasting hydroxy apatite on the surface of the etched fixture for increasing the surface area(S400).
