Washing machine (1) comprising:
- a washing tub (5);
- a draining sump (9) fluidly communicating to the internal of the washing tub (5) and fluidly connected to a draining circuit (10);
- a filter (12), associated or associable to the draining sump (9) and provided with a filtering surface (19) adapted for allowing the passage of a liquid and for impeding the passage of bodies of fixed dimensions. The filter (12) comprises at least one by-pass conduit (21) adapted for directing a flow of washing liquid from the washing tub (5) to the bottom of the draining sump (9), by-passing the filtering surface (19).
