PURPOSE: An international call discernment number providing method in the international roaming is provided to make a call by pressing a telephone number in a local terminal address book in a roaming region. CONSTITUTION: In case a telephone number of the other person is in an address book of a mobile terminal, an international phone service number and a country code are extracted. In case the telephone number of the user is not in the address book of the mobile terminal, country information is inputted from the user. The country code corresponding to the international information is extracted. The country code and the international telephone service number are performed for the call connection of the telephone number.
