PURPOSE: A liquid gas cylinder reinforced with carbon fiber complex and manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize product failure due to processing hardening phenomenon during gorging. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method liquid gas cylinder reinforced with carbon fiber complex comprises the next step. An aluminum board of disc shape is manufactured by punch-cutting operation(S100). The prepared aluminum board is extruded to be a first molded product of seamless short pipe(S200). A rotary roller is installed around the outside surface of the first molded product in order to process a second molded product of seamless long pipe shape(S300). The opening of the second molded product is heated and rotated to move and press the rotary roller toward the inside surface in order to forms an aluminum liner(S400). A container reinforcement layer is formed by winding carbon fiber composite in the outer circumference of the aluminum liner(S500). A valve is connected to one side opening of the carbon fiber composite strengthening container, and a blocking material is built in the other side opening to seal(S600).
