<p>PURPOSE: A multiple genotyping method using ID sequence is provided to ensure simple and efficient genotyping for viral gene, disease gene, bacteria gene, and individual identification. CONSTITUTION: An ID sequence for genotyping comprises (ID-S)n-E. In (ID-S)n-E, ID is ID mark which is one of single nucleotide sequence, A,T, C, and G; S is connected to ID mark and is a signpost; E is an endmark which is not identical with the single base of the signpost. A primer for genotyping has a gene specific sequence connected to ID sequence. The gene specific sequence is specific to viral gene, disease gene, bacteria gene, or individual identification.</p> |
