<p>PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly solidification agent is provided to prevent soil contamination and to enable the recycling of wastes such as blast furnace slag since there is no elution of harmful materials. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally friendly solidification agent includes, as a base material, 20~50 weight% portland cement, 10~30 weight% blast furnace slag, 5~20 weight% anhydrous gypsum, 5~10 weight% quicklime, 5~10 weight% calcium hydroxide and 1~3 weight% fluidifier; and as additives 16~32 weight% metakaolin, 2~5 weight% polyester polyol, 5~10 weight% amorphous calcium aluminate, 0.6~2.0 weight% isocyanate, 0.2~1.5 weight% sodium aluminate, and 0.2~0.5 weight% polyester putty.</p> |
