<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmitter capable of automatically acquire setup data and software necessary at starting from a network and automatically performing an operation confirmation when the radio transmitter is newly connected to the network, thereby improving the efficiencies of system configuration and maintenance work, and to provide a network system capable of being restored quickly when a failure occurs in the radio transmitter, by performing central management of the radio transmitter. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of radio transmitters 102 are connected to the network NW, and a master unit 101 gives information to each radio transmitter 102 via the network NW.
