<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for curving a monolithic electric circuit that is flat and very thick and that maintains proper mechanical rigidity to achieve a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a step of forming a slitting 16 with a triangle cross-sectional surface that is extending to one side of the flat circuit in a predetermined direction; a step of depositing an adhesive 20 on side faces of the slitting 16; and a step of moving the side faces of the slitting 16 to make them closer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
