PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a wooden panel structure by which an adhesive is not exposed in cross section to improve the appearance and to provide the wooden panel structure. SOLUTION: In a base material 14 of a wooden panel structure 12, a base material projected part 18 is formed from a bonding surface 20 where a wooden sheet 24 is bonded. The wooden sheet 24 is bonded on the bonding surface 20 with an adhesive 22 so that the edge part of the wooden sheet 24 faces the base material projected part 18. Because the base material projected part 18 is present and the adhesive 22 is not exposed in the cross section when being cut by a cut line CL, the appearance is improved.
