PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit, capable of reducing the quantity of a current flowing as a feedback current, thereby achieving more power saving, and to provide an electronic apparatus using the power circuit. SOLUTION: The power circuit supplying a power supply includes a switching transformer generating the power supply by a switching operation, and a feedback current generator generating the feedback current when the output voltage of the switching transformer lowers below a fixed value. The power circuit further includes an oscillation controller conducting control containing an intermittent oscillation for the switching operation of the switching transformer while oscillating the switching transformer when the feedback current is supplied at the intermittent oscillation.
