<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield of a seasoned food excluding salmon roes. <P>SOLUTION: The method for improving the yield of the seasoned food is characterized by pickling a food (excluding salmon roes) of pickling target for a prescribed time in a seasoning solution containing, at a concentration of 0.035 to 0.35%, agar having a jelly strength of 30 to 550 g/cm<SP>2</SP>when dissolved in water at a concentration of 1.5%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
