Provided is an induction heat generation roller device wherein it is not necessary to provide a rotating seal mechanism on a roller main body, and the roller main body is cooled while corrosion of the roller main body is suppressed. The induction heat generation roller device is provided with a roller main body (2), an induction heat generation mechanism (3) which is retained on the inside of the roller main body (2) and which causes induction heat generation of the roller main body (2), and a cooling mechanism (8) which introduces a misty cooling medium from an end portion of a substantially cylindrical clearance portion (X) in the axial direction, and discharges the cooling medium from the other end portion of the clearance portion (X) in the axial direction to the outside of the roller main body (2), said clearance portion (X) being formed between the roller main body (2) and the induction heat generation mechanism (3).
