PURPOSE: A producing apparatus of a fermented soybean block using a traditional process is provided to mass-produce the fermented soybean block with an automated system for reducing the producing time. CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus of a fermented soybean block comprises the following: a mortar(110) including a discharging door(111), for storing boiled soybeans; a housing(121) including more than one guiding passageway on the upward and downward direction; a pestle(122) moving up and down along to the guiding passageway; a spring for returning the pestle to the original position; a rotating plate rotatably installed on the lower side of the mortar; a driving unit for rotating the rotating plate; a fermented soybean block molding unit located on one side facing the discharging door; and a fermented soybean block cutting unit(160) cutting the fermented soybean block molded from the fermented soybean block molding unit. |
