PURPOSE: A stream generating method, a device, a receiving method, and a device thereof are provided to include readable recording medium with a computer which has a program for realizing multimedia stream receiving method. CONSTITUTION: A program encoding unit(110) generates a video ES stream, a video ES stream, an optional data stream and an optional data stream. The program encoding unit generates the video PFS packet, a video PES packet, an additional data PES packet and an optional information packet by packing the video ES stream, the video ES stream, and the additional data stream. A TS stream generating unit(120) generates a TS stream by multiplexing the video PES packet, the video PEX packet, the additional data PES packet, and the supplementary data packet.
