PURPOSE: A vehicle function lamp is provided to increase the intensity of radiation and preventing light exposure by forming a reflective layer by being aluminizing on a circumference of a total-reflective lens. CONSTITUTION: A lighting-emitting unit(110) vents light. A receiving unit is formed on a total-reflective lens(120) and the lighting-emitting unit is inserted into the receiving part. The total-reflective lens guides the light radiated from the lighting-emitting area. A reflective layer(130) prevents light exposure by being formed on circumference surface of a total-reflective lens. A radiating unit(140) is included in a back side of the lighting-emitting unit. A mounting unit(150) mounts a radiating unit to a total-reflective lens.
