PURPOSE: A backflow prevention device for a steam convection oven is provided to sense the blockage of drain pipes by a control panel and inform a user of the blockage. CONSTITUTION: A backflow prevention device(100) for a steam convection oven comprises an inlet coupling(120), a bypass coupling(130), a drainage chamber(110), a steam natural ventilation port(140), and an outlet coupling(150). The inlet coupling has an inlet hole and is coupled to one side of the drainage chamber to protrude outside. The bypass coupling has a bypass hole(131) corresponding to the inlet coupling and is coupled to the other side of the drainage chamber to protrude outside. The bottom of the steam natural ventilation port is coupled to the top of the drainage chamber. The outlet coupling has an outlet hole(151) and is coupled to the bottom of the drainage chamber to protrude outside.
