THE FREEZING PROTECTIVE DEVICE FOR A WATER METER AND PRODUCTION METHODS

PURPOSE: A freezing and bursting preventing device for water meters and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to replace and charge insulating materials and dampproof material according to the change of temperature by the opening and closing of an opening/closing unit. CONSTITUTION: A freezing and bursting preventing device for water meters comprises a front surface(200), a back surface(300), an opening/closing unit(400), an internal space(500), a protection net(700), and filler. The front surface is made of PE materials and has multiple circulation holes(600). The back surface is made of PE materials and is extended to the lower portion of the front surface. An internal space is formed between the front surface and the rear surface when the opening/closing unit is closed. The protection net is inserted into the internal space and comprises an opening and closing portion(710). Filler is inserted into the internal space of the protection net and is made of insulating material and dampproof material(800).
