PURPOSE: A method and device of a scan of a neighbor cells are provided to scan signal strength of a neighbor cell having a different frequency band with a servicing cell. CONSTITUTION: A controller(803) scans signal strength of signal strength of a first neighbor cell which is one cell among the neighbor cells during a certain scan duration when requiring scan about neighbor cells during being provided with a real time service through a serving cell. The controller transceives a real time service through a frequency band of the serving cell after the scan of the first neighbor cell is completed.
