PURPOSE: A multi-variable picker device for transferring a semiconductor device in a test hander is provided to supply semiconductor devices loaded on a tray to various test trays with different pitch gaps. CONSTITUTION: A picker cylinder picks up semiconductor devices using a pick-up unit. A power transmitting part(120) installs a motor on the upper side of the picker cylinder and transfers power to a ball screw(124). A pitch controlling unit(130) surrounds the picker cylinder. The pitch controlling unit controls the pitches of a plurality of picker cylinders based on a pitch controlling block(138).
