<p>PURPOSE: A method for dynamically scaling voltage and frequency is provided to exponentially reduce a duration section when the operation state of a microprocessor is rapidly changed. CONSTITUTION: A unit workload rate of a microprocessor is calculated for every unit section in a first duration section(S110). Based on the variation of a unit workload rate, the length of the first duration section is exponentially changed(S130). Through the accumulation of the unit workload rate in the first duration section, the section workload rate of the microprocessor is calculated(S140). The based on the duration workload rate, the power level of the microprocessor is changed(S150).</p> |
