PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel structure easy to secure the rigidity of a duct formation portion in an instrument panel in a constitution for forming a duct for air-conditioning on the rear surface side of the instrument panel by joining a duct member to the instrument panel. SOLUTION: This instrument panel structure 10 includes the instrument panel 12, the duct member 16 for forming the duct 14 for air-conditioning between the duct member 16 and the instrument panel 12 by joining a flange part 34 on an opening side to the rear surface 12A of the instrument panel 12, and a partitioning part 36 extending in the longitudinal direction of the duct 14 to divide the duct 14 into a plurality of portions arranged in a duct width direction. The partitioning part 36 is projected from at least one of the rear surface 12A of the instrument panel 12 and a bottom part 32A of the duct member 16 toward the other and is joined to the other to support the instrument panel 12 from the inside of the duct 14.
